About Expedited Social Studies
James E. Delaney has been in the social service field for the past 20 years, and has a master's degree in clinical psychology from East Texas State University, Commerce Texas. Mr Delaney also has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A & I University, Corpus Christi, Texas. He has worked with the Texas Department of Protective Services in various capacities since 1988. His involvement with TDPRS clients includes work as a therapist, case manager, supervision of case management contracts director of parenting contracts and in various types of home studies.Mr Delaney over the last number of years has also done both private and court-ordered home studies. Mr Delaney meets the minimum qualifications of the Texas Family code, Chapter 107 (107.52) and the Texas Administrative Code Regulations pertaining to social studies.
